Who we are

What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through this website, including demo requests.

It does not govern operational data your agency enters into the Command Post application. That data is handled under the written agreement between Twenty1 Media and your agency. Where that agreement and this policy differ, the agreement controls.

What we collect on this site

• Demo requests. The name, agency, role, team size, work email, phone number, and message you choose to submit. This form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form processor, which transmits the submission to us by email. Their handling of it is subject to their own terms.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records request data such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps as part of delivering and securing the site.

This site does not use advertising trackers, and we do not run third-party marketing pixels on it.

How we use it

Demo request information is used to respond to your inquiry, to prepare a demonstration, and to keep ordinary business records of who we have spoken with. That's the whole list.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks, and submitting a demo request does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Operational data in the application

Your agency owns the operational content it enters into Command Post and determines who may access it, including whether an operation is shared with another team or jurisdiction.

Command Post is designed to stay outside criminal justice information scope. It provides no structured fields for date of birth, Social Security number, or criminal history system returns, and it is not intended to store the output of an IDACS, NCIC, or Interstate Identification Index query.

The application does accept free-text notes and document uploads, including warrants, affidavits, and court orders. What your personnel enter or upload is controlled by your agency, not by us, and remains subject to your agency's policy. Whether any particular content falls within your agency's CJI scope is a determination for your agency's TAC or CSO.

Twenty1 Media administers accounts — teams, users, and subscription tiers. We do not maintain routine access to your operational content.

How long we keep it

We retain demo request information for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and to keep reasonable business records, and we delete it on request. Agency operational data is retained and deleted according to the agreement with that agency.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information in our care, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Agency specific security terms live in the agreement with that agency.

Your choices

Email isaac@twenty1-media.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are asking on behalf of an agency about operational data, route the request through your agency's administrator — they control that data, not us.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
