What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which Command Post is provided.

Access to and use of the Command Post application is governed by a separate written agreement between Twenty1 Media and the subscribing agency. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.

Accounts are not self-serve

There is no public sign-up. Agency accounts are provisioned manually after a conversation. Submitting a demo request does not create an account, grant access, or form a contract.

Acceptable use of this site

Don't do the obvious things. Specifically, do not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the application, or related systems;
• probe, scan, or test the security of our systems without our written permission;
• scrape or harvest content or contact information for bulk outreach;
• submit false agency affiliation in order to obtain a demonstration.

A planning tool, not a decision

Command Post is an operational planning and documentation tool. It does not provide tactical, legal, or command advice, and it is not a substitute for your agency's policy, training, supervision, or the judgment of the people running an operation. Nothing produced by the software relieves an agency or an individual of their own obligations.

Intellectual property

The Command Post name, logo, site content, and software are the property of Twenty1 Media. These terms do not grant you a license to use them beyond viewing this site.

The site is provided as-is

This website is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Warranties covering the application itself, if any, are set out in the agency agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twenty1 Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not alter the liability terms of the agency agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing here waives any immunity, defense, or protection available to a government agency, or requires an agency to accept terms its own procurement rules prohibit.
